Privacy Policy

The shortcut route planner collects nothing about you. Searching for a bus stop, MRT station, or address, and using "use my location" to find nearby stops, all work without an account, and nothing is stored against your identity. shortcut does not use ads, analytics, or tracking cookies.

There are two exceptions, both opt-in:

• Private bus operators who choose to list their own routes provide their WhatsApp number, name, and route details through the Feedback tab. This information is stored so commuters can find and contact them, and is removed by the site admin whenever an operator requests it, also via feedback.
• The feedback form sends whatever name, message, and optional email/screenshot you type directly to a private Discord channel — it is not stored in shortcut's own database.
